ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years marketing experience in fast moving consumer goods and/or regulated industries
  • Experience leading commercial solution development and/or complex project management
  • Knowledge/familiarity with digital database marketing and D2C investment strategies

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Digital Marketing is seeking a dynamic and passionate innovator to lead digital commercial innovation. The Company’s commercial innovation mission is to enrich consumer and customer experiences through the seamless integration of all physical/digital marketing mix components which serve both current and future business applications. As a key member of an exciting and fast-paced team, the Senior Manager of Digital Commercial Development seeks to optimize the marketing ecosystem responsible for investment commercialization across all channels and touchpoints.
The role requires an innovative mindset and subject matter expertise in the Company’s digital database strategy, programs, processes, and ongoing infrastructure development initiatives. Responsibilities include the proactive identification of digital commercial opportunities and management of the pipeline Stage & Gate commercial innovation process, including Proof-of-Concept (POC) development, execution of pipeline deliverables, measurement, and commercial expansion. This role is supported by a strong infrastructure encompassing agency services, DBS resources, and third-party partnerships.
