The Senior Manager, Digital Experience is a strategic leader who uses data and experimentation to improve customer experiences, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives. In this role you will define and drive CVS Pharmacy’s online personalization strategy and lead the creation of compelling experiences that pay off marketing communications and attract, inspire, engage, and convert prospective customers. This role requires a high level of collaboration with digital developers and MarTech teams to plan and deliver seamless web experiences across the customer journey. An ideal candidate has a track record of leading the strategy and execution of complex, cross-functional web programs in a results-driven environment. You have a data-driven mindset, lead with a customer-centric approach, take an analytic approach to problem solving and have a strong understanding of what data drives impact.
Skills and experiences that will define success in this role include: expertise in gathering, interpreting and actioning data from various sources, deriving insights that lead to game changing ideas, developing the prioritization and strategic direction for web optimization, leading on-site customer journey mapping while driving personalization, producing executive level dashboards and reporting.
