Description

You will be working closely with Department Head and Chief Operating Officer on a day-to-day basis to formulate digital transformation strategy and roadmap. In addition, you will also act as the project owner to lead transformation projects, including but not limited to digital platform development and management, solution exploration and implementation with external and internal technical partners. Job responsibility: * Take lead of proposition development and medium-long term strategic roadmap of digital initiatives * Be the champion of partnership development and business cases formulation * Lead a small team, covering research & insights, UXUI design, and proposition development functions * Formulate the project proposition and user experience with HCD approach * Stay abreast of the latest digital and innovation deployment and the latest regulations change in the fintech/ insurtech space Qualifications of an ideal candidate: * Bachelor degree or above in marketing, business administration or other relevant disciplines * At least 10 years of relevant digital innovation, platform development, and proposition formulation and implementation experience * Customer and stakeholder centric, excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills * Good people manager, passionate to coach teammates to overcome challenge and drive long term career development and growth * With previous experience as the transformation leader to lead cross functional teams to get alignment with stakeholders and drive end-to-end project delivery * Passionate individual who wants to drive changes and deliver additional values to the company, customers and stakeholders * Able to extract key messages from a complex issue and present it in a clear and storytelling way * Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent Candidates with less experienced will be considered as manager We offer a comprehensive benefits package including competitive salary, medical coverage, and professional development opportunities.
