ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Campaigns to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with deep experience in building multi-channel campaigns targeting enterprise audiences.
You’ll collaborate across the marketing and sales organizations to deliver compelling campaigns that engage prospects, nurture leads, and convert opportunities into customers. Additionally, you will own the strategy and performance of paid marketing channels, working closely with external agencies to execute and optimize paid media programs to maximize reach and ROI. As a key leader on the demand generation team, you’ll bring creativity, analytical rigor, and a passion for delivering measurable outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and own the integrated campaign strategy to drive demand generation and pipeline growth across enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, content syndication, webinars, ABM tactics, and social media.

Paid Channel Ownership:

  • Manage and optimize paid marketing channels, including search (Google Ads, Bing), social (LinkedIn, Twitter), display, and programmatic advertising.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to execute paid media programs, ensuring they deliver on KPIs and stay within budget.
  • Drive paid channel strategies to generate high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline creation.
  • Monitor paid channel performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement strategies to improve ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with product marketing, corporate marketing, and field marketing teams to craft compelling campaign narratives aligned with CloudBees’ value propositions and target personas.
  • Work closely with the sales and BDR teams to ensure campaign alignment, lead follow-up, and closed-loop feedback.

Performance Optimization:

  • Analyze campaign and paid channel performance to assess pipeline contribution using marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns and paid strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI.

Tools & Technology:

  • Leverage marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, 6sense, and others to implement campaigns and measure success.

Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to scale campaign execution when needed.

WHAT THE ROLE REQUIRES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with at least 3 years managing integrated campaigns.
  • Proven success in driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel marketing campaigns and paid channels.
  • Expertise in paid media strategy and optimization, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display advertising, and programmatic channels.
  • Experience managing external agencies to deliver paid media programs on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise software buying cycle and personas.
  • Expertise with marketing technology platforms, including Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and ABM tools like 6sense or Demandbase.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
