Stakeholder Management * Work closely with technology, data science, compliance, and business teams to ensure seamless execution. * Manage vendor relationships for AI platforms and digital tools. 1. Customer-Centric Design * Champion user experience through design thinking and data-driven insights. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions. 1. Performance & Governance * Define KPIs and monitor product performance post-launch. * Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance standards.
