Manage competency and methodology development of the team at the competence center level Handle people development and allocation of the right competency to the projects supported Ensure continuous improvements to be state of the art in methodology and skills Develop and execute strategy to maintain as competence center in verification and validation Support project managers in achieving project targets in verification and validation work packages Support functional management to achieve key goals and targets for the verification and validation competence center As a natural leader, you possess sound judgment and excel at motivating team members to perform at their best. Your expertise in coaching and mentoring allows you to guide and develop individuals while fostering a collaborative and team-oriented work environment. You thrive in working closely with international and cross-functional integrated project teams, ensuring synergy and outstanding results. A master's degree in electrical and electronic engineering, or similar field At least 10 years of hands-on experience in digital verification (experience in verification of analog mixed signal products/IPs and/or post-silicon verification is a plus) Deep knowledge in state-of-the-art digital pre-silicon verification and methodologies/tools to drive methodologies discussion and development Experience in leading a team and possessing people management skills Good communication and presentation skills with demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring people Knowledge of budgeting and planning Fluency in English The central R&D organization „Design Enabling and Services“ (DES) provides the design environments (design-systems) to the different product development teams at Infineon.
