Integra Life Sciences is looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Process Optimization with a proven track record of driving enterprise-wide metrics improvements by leaning out processes through the effective deployment of emerging digital technologies that create step-function improvements in high impact process domains. This role would collaborate across functions, identifying processes with significant productivity improvement potential and that directly empower our employee’s efficiency and ability to drive better outcomes for our patients and company performance.
This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, partnering with business leaders and lean experts to deploy process improvements across the organization, and ensuring sustainable processes meet short and long-term business objectives. This role exists to help the Enterprise Transformation Management Office realize end-to-end process improvements. This role evaluates process, and accountability gaps and designs new ways of working to meet desired business performance and outcomes underpinned by digital tools that can quantify improvements.
The ideal candidate will combine advanced technical expertise in Lean Six Sigma with strong leadership, coaching, and change management skills. The candidate exhibits strong business acumen, communication skills, understanding of corporate finance, and how to write business cases for IT projects and quantify return on investment (ROI).
Travel may be required up to 20%.

This is a hybrid role, and the ideal candidate will be based out of Princeton, NJ. The hybrid schedule requires in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
