Description
Your responsibilities will include: ● Lead and manage the Commercial Digital Solutions team, providing clear oversight and direction across digital product management and enablement functions. ● Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. ● Coach and mentor team members to drive engagement, performance, and professional growth. Digital strategy ● Define and execute the divisional commercial digital strategy in alignment with business and enterprise priorities. ● Own the divisional roadmap across tools and platforms including Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, CPQ, eCommerce, AI capabilities, and other commercial systems. ● Lead digital planning and integration efforts for M&A activities. ● Identify and evaluate emerging digital trends, tools, and innovations that enhance commercial performance. Governance and alignment ● Lead divisional digital governance boards to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and ensure alignment across franchises and platforms. ● Represent the division in enterprise transformation programs such as SAP Business Transformation, eCommerce, CPQ, and AI Accelerator. ● Deliver regular executive-level updates on digital initiatives, risk management, and measurable outcomes. Execution and adoption ● Oversee digital initiative delivery from concept to adoption, ensuring scalability and impact. ● Partner with Commercial IT to co-develop solutions that meet business needs. ● Monitor adoption, satisfaction, and ROI metrics while driving a culture of continuous improvement. Stakeholder and business partnership ● Serve as the digital lead and advisor to marketing, sales, and franchise leadership teams. ● Actively participate in leadership forums and sales meetings to share updates and gather insights. ● Represent Neuromodulation in global digital councils and cross-functional transformation teams. ● Bachelor's degree required. ● Minimum of 8 years' experience in commercial excellence, digital transformation, or product management within MedTech or life sciences. ● Minimum of 3 years' experience in people leadership with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams. ● Strong knowledge of commercial systems including CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP), CPQ, and eCommerce tools. ● Deep understanding of field and internal commercial operations, informed by previous roles in sales operations, pricing, commercial IT, or digital marketing. ● Experience in change management, M&A integration, and enterprise transformation initiatives. ● Strong communication and strategic influencing skills across functional and leadership levels. ● Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and articulate the business value of digital initiatives. ● Proven ability to translate commercial goals into digital roadmaps and capability plans. ● Experience working in global organizations with complex stakeholder ecosystems. ● Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
