PURPOSE
As part of the Digital Visual Merchandising team, you will lead the Campaign Merchandising pillar, shaping and executing the strategy for how we bring our key Campaigns, Consumer Moments, and Promotions to life on adidas.com and app. Additionally, you will drive the evolution of merchandising tools and processes, enhancing efficiencies and ensuring we are continually evolving to meet consumer expectations and align with the broader business goals
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of how digital merchandising influences consumer behavior and drives engagement, conversion, and sell-through. You will translate global guidance into local execution across key consumer journey’s, helping to elevate the end-to-end experience
