• Proven track record leading large-scale SAP Payroll programs — you’ve been there, done that, and got the results
• Deep knowledge of payroll operations, compliance, and reporting, especially PPRT — you speak the language fluently
• Ability to effortlessly bridge technical jargon and business needs, making complex things simple
• Executive-level stakeholder engagement skills — you build trust and get buy-in across the board
• Comfortable managing testing teams across hybrid and distributed work setups — remote or office, you make it work

• Own the end-to-end payroll testing strategy across SAP Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Be the vital link connecting business SMEs, testing squads, and client leadership — the go-to for clear, effective communication
• Keep the program in line with all the must-have compliance requirements, including PPRT (Post-Payroll Reporting & Taxation)
• Share your expert insights on payroll configuration, testing risks, and how to squash them early
• Review test artefacts like a pro and drive continuous improvement to keep the quality bar sky-high
