Specific Responsibilities Would Include: Leadership in QA/Compliance (non-apparel accessories) operations management, KPI management, team building, SOP development, customer engagement, team performance management, vendor/factory training, Social Compliance and CTPAT, budget control. Ensure right quality, right vendor and on time delivery. Lead regional teams to drive execution to meet or exceed customers’ quality requirements and to comply with country specific regulatory requirements Develop and manage KPI to drive operational excellence Develop standard operating procedures and processes Develop vendor/supplier scorecard based on established KPI and metrics to drive continuous improvement Champion performance management to develop teams and to build succession plan Develop vendor/factory training program with an objective to enable vendor/factory self-sufficient and self-certification in the long term Partner with US Compliance/Legal and customers to support field audit in Social Compliance, CTPAT and Sustainable related initiatives. Drive CAP implementation at factory site Support QA Apps system development to drive efficiency during inspection process and to facilitate data capturing and management reporting Engage relevant stakeholders in business internally and externally to build working relationships Engage relevant stakeholders in business internally and externally to deal with difficult situations where joint intervention and decision is required Manage divisional budget Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have: Additional Requirements 15+ years of working experience in quality assurance / compliance / engineering / manufacturing of which 5 years in senior management role Knowledge of the latest quality management and good manufacturing practices Technical Knowledge of various raw materials (textiles, metals, leathers, plastics, etc.) accessories manufacturing, gloves, hats, scarves, footwears, handbags, belts, hardgoods, etc. Capable of multi-tasking with analytical mindset, details oriented and embracing diversity Degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Technology, Material Science, Engineering or related fields Excellent verbal and written communications skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Inspectorio Competency Requirements Leadership Commitments: Inspire Others Grow Talent Promote Belonging Spark Ownership Behavioral Competencies: Decision Making.
