The Opportunity Are you a strategic and passionate DEI professional ready to make a regional impact? We are seeking a Senior Diversity & Inclusion Manager to lead the design and delivery of diversity and inclusion initiatives across Australia and Asia. Reporting to the Global Head of Inclusion & Wellbeing, this role offers the opportunity to shape inclusive culture, influence leadership, and drive meaningful change across a global platform. This role is a full-time, 12-month maximum term contract. Hybrid work options available. What you’ll do Lead and implement regional D&I programs aligned with global strategy. Analyse and review effectiveness and progress of initiatives and contribute to the on-going development and execution of the strategy Act as a subject matter expert on diversity and inclusion across the firm. Support and evaluate diversity networks and committees, ensuring best practice and intersectional approaches. Collaborate with HR, Business Development, Communications, and senior leadership to embed DEI into core business processes. Oversee diversity data governance, compliance, and reporting (including gender pay gap analysis). What you’ll bring 8+ years’ experience in D&I, ideally within professional services. Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage complex stakeholder relationships. Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills. Commercially aware and passionate about driving inclusive culture. Experience with diversity benchmarking, governance, and reporting.
