What you'll do: The Sr. Manager of the Emerging Leaders Development Program is responsible for executing, scaling, and continuously improving QXO’s flagship leadership development program for early-career professionals. This role focuses on operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering an exceptional participant and business experience. The Manager will work closely with leaders across HR, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Technology to ensure the program runs seamlessly and builds a strong pipeline of future QXO leaders aligned with our culture of growth, inclusion, and performance. What you’ll do: Program Execution & Operations Partner with the VP of Early Talent to translate strategic design into structured execution plans, processes, and timelines Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Leadership Training Program, ensuring all cohorts run smoothly and meet defined business and learning goals Manage program logistics including participant selection, onboarding, rotation assignments, and performance tracking Oversee vendor partnerships, budgets, and reporting to ensure cost-effective and high-quality program delivery Coordinate communication across business units to align rotations, mentors, and managers on program expectations and outcomes Participant Experience & Engagement Deliver a consistent, high-quality participant and manager experience through clear communication, structured feedback, and continuous improvement Build reporting for tracking satisfaction, retention, and promotion rates to measure program impact Organize hands-on learning opportunities including mentoring, rotations, and cross-functional projects that develop business acumen and leadership skills Serve as a coach and mentor to participants and managers involved in the program Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and functional leaders to align program outcomes with talent needs Use data and feedback to identify areas of improvement and recommend enhancements Maintain program documentation and process standards to support consistent execution across cohorts What you'll bring: What you’ll bring: 5+ years of experience in early career programming, talent development, university recruiting, or related fields Proven ability to execute scalable programs across multiple business functions Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail Experience working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Technology teams Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and implement improvement Excellent written and verbal communication skills A passion for building programs that grow talent and strengthen culture What you'll earn 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO, company holidays, and parental leave Paid training and certifications Legal assistance and identity protection Pet insurance Employee assistance program (EAP) QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
