We are seeking applicants for a Senior Manager (Emergency Management) role, while the official position title is Client Relationship Manager (CRM), which is an internal designation.
Responsibilities:
In this exciting and multifaceted role, you will:
- Lead the delivery of Emergency Management (EM) services such as regulatory/response planning, software solutions, response training and exercises, and hazard/risk assessments.
- Manage and develop a team of 3-7 individuals, focusing on project management and administrative support. Lead performance management discussions, provide mentoring, and ensure the continuous growth of team members through talent development initiatives.
- Conduct gap assessments and program reviews of client emergency management programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Be available for afterhours response to support our customers during emergencies, leading Response Team functions.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of technical reports, project proposals, technical correspondence, and work plans.
- Drive business development efforts, including assisting with proposal pursuits and expanding relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Manage project activities, including cost and budget tracking, scheduling, and client communication.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, researching and recommending best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes to ensure consistency of delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leadership teams across various business units and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Train and mentor junior staff to build the next generation of emergency management experts.
