JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Manager, Colleague Engagement and Culture, will focus on developing and delivering a communications strategy that brings our brand to life for our colleagues and shares the unique benefits and rewards employees receive from working at our company.
This role is essential in aligning internal communications with our company’s vision and values while promoting our brand. Additionally, this role will lead the internal launch of the brand book.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Launch Brand Book: Lead the internal launch of the brand book, ensuring all colleagues understand and embrace the brand’s values and messaging.
  • Cultivate Relationships with Internal Stakeholders: Nurture positive relationships with employees, department leaders, and key internal team members to improve communication effectiveness and culture.
  • Communication & Messaging: Develop and implement coordinated internal communication plans to improve employee engagement, support organizational goals, and increase visibility of key brand moments across the company.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding strategies, ensuring consistency in employer brand messaging.
  • Engagement Initiatives: Create and manage initiatives to enhance colleague engagement with the brand and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand engagement initiatives and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
