Description
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for sales applications, prioritizing & aligning sales technology initiatives with the organization's business objectives. Develop frameworks using latest tools and technologies. Develop and own the strategy for the modernizing B2B sales support team and building an inside sales unit. Collaborate with multiple sales leaders and support in designing/ refining and building sales processes. Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives. Build and lead a high-performing Inside Sales team focused on lead conversion and account activation. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Inside Sales is integrated into sales campaigns and partner activation plans. Bachelor's degree (Advanced degree preferred) in a related discipline with 10-12 years work experience in a related field Strong understanding of CRM Management, SQL and project management Strong analytical background; ability to synthesize performance data in a meaningful way - both verbally and in writing Proven track record of wide and deep Sales experience on a global scale, with an excellent grasp of sales technology, sales support, and broader commercial and revenue knowledge Strong understanding of airline market dynamics, industry trends and competitive landscape Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team; Strong team player and team leader, with cultural awareness & understanding Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
