Develop and implement an innovation and best practice roadmap Drive best practice and innovation in engagement and communications Ensure that data, insights and analytics are used to inform strategy, measure impact and support decision-making Identify capability gaps and deliver scalable solutions Develop and maintain CSE policies, frameworks, templates and guidance materials Oversee systems, governance and stakeholder tracking mechanisms   This is a permanent Senior Service Manager (TSSM) role.
