REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in mechanical operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong technical knowledge in M&E systems, facilities operations, or industrial plant projects
  • Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Familiar with local regulatory requirements and safety standards
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is an advantageAble to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee daily operations of the mechanical services division, including project delivery, maintenance contracts, and team performance
  • Plan, manage, and execute mechanical engineering projects (e.g., HVAC, piping, plant systems, utilities)
  • Ensure all projects and maintenance works comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
  • Oversee manpower allocation, budgeting, procurement, and resource planning
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational workflows, processes, and service delivery
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and strong relationships
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians
  • Prepare reports for management on KPIs, financials, and risk assessments
  • Support business development team in tenders, proposals, and technical presentations
