Johnson & Johnson Technology Services is seeking a strategic and accomplished Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture (Methodology, Process, and Tools) to lead the standardization and advancement of enterprise architecture practices, tools, and governance. This role is critical to scaling architecture delivery across global teams, enhancing decision-making, and enabling enterprise transformation through robust methodologies, modern platforms, and structured knowledge. This role will be based in Raritan, NJ.
You will lead the definition of EA frameworks, serve as the product group owner for key architecture tools such as LeanIX, MINI, SAXpress, and AgentTech, and drive initiatives that improve architectural maturity, transparency, and business alignment.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (required)
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience, certifications (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe, ITIL, Product Management) preferred
