QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales.
  • 4+ years in SaaS sales leadership, ideally leading teams closing six- to seven-figure deals.
  • Background in cloud security or identity and access management is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful partner and ISV strategies.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE: SENIOR MANAGER, ENTERPRISE SALES (AUTH0, ANZ)

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Auth0 go-to-market team for Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will report to the Head of Auth0, ANZ and drive growth across some of our most important accounts by leading a team of quota-carrying Account Executives. These AEs are responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing relationships, and positioning Auth0 as a critical identity and access management solution across a variety of industries.
You will oversee the team’s business development efforts, coach them through complex sales cycles, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and continued growth in the ANZ region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute your business plan to meet revenue, pipeline, and headcount goals in the ANZ region.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for select strategic accounts.
  • Lead day-to-day operations of a Sales team
  • Hire, mentor, and develop high-performing sales talent.
  • Ensure precise and accurate forecasting with Clari and maintain up-to-date Salesforce hygiene.
  • Coach Account Executives in closing complex, high-value deals through strategic guidance and executive engagement.
  • Drive strategic territory and account planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solutions engineering, customer success, legal, marketing, renewals, and partners to deliver outcomes for customers.
