Description

Sprout Social seeks a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Large Enterprise Sales to join our Sales & Success team. This role, based in Ireland or the UK, will report to the Head of Enterprise, EMEA, and bridge tactical operations with strategic goals. The Senior Manager will oversee a team of Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring alignment with Sprout Social’s long-term objectives.
We are looking for a visionary sales leader to drive significant projects, improve sales processes, and lead large initiatives requiring advanced problem-solving and cross-departmental coordination. Our Enterprise Account Executives focus on generating new business from major companies across various industries, including consumer goods, retail, hospitality, technology, non-profits, and financial services.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed revenue, operational, and strategic goals, driving measurable results contributing to team and organizational growth.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on all aspects of sales effectiveness and fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Strategic Alignment: Connect tactical sales operations with strategic goals, ensuring team activities contribute to Sprout Social’s long-term objectives.
  • Strategic Feedback: Provide timely and practical feedback to senior leadership on market trends and go-to-market strategies, informing strategic decisions
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Lead initiatives that require advanced problem-solving and cross-departmental coordination, ensuring alignment across the organization.

Within 12 months, you’ll make this role your own by:

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly pipeline and revenue targets
  • Obtain (solicited and unsolicited) and act upon peer, customer, and leadership feedback
  • Be recognized as a subject matter expert and leader at Sprout
