Position Summary You will lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs from strategy through delivery. You will work closely with leaders across functions and regions to design practical plans and measurable outcomes. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead planning and delivery for enterprise transformation programs, turning strategy into clear roadmaps and measurable milestones. - Engage senior stakeholders and global teams to build alignment, secure resources, and keep programs on track. - Manage program budget, risks, timelines, governance and third-party suppliers to deliver agreed outcomes. - Design and run business readiness, change management and communications to support timely adoption. - Use data and insights to measure impact, prioritise activities and recommend course corrections. - Coach and guide cross-functional, virtual teams to deliver high-quality results in a matrix environment. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree and 10 or more years of relevant experience in transformation, program or project management. - Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-year transformation programs with measurable outcomes. - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leaders and global, cross-functional teams. - Experience in program planning, risk and governance management, and vendor management. - Clear communicator with strong presentation and storylining skills. - Comfortable working in a hybrid matrix environment and flexible to support global time zones. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent qualification. - Prior consulting experience or experience in large global organisations driving enterprise change. - Experience in change management methods, process excellence or operational transformation. - Familiarity with data and analytics tools to drive insights and performance measurement. - Experience managing transitions, shared services or GCC setups across geographies. - Practical knowledge of regulated industries and an understanding of compliance or quality frameworks.
