As the Senior Manager Entity Corporate Governance for Europe, you’ll report to the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs & Entity Corporate Governance. You will own and ensure adherence to corporate governance principles and legal compliance across our European subsidiaries, particularly as they operate as Employer of Record (EOR) providers.
You will be a key partner to senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Operations, Payroll, HR, and Compliance, driving compliance excellence, proactive risk management, and strategic decision-making.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Law, Corporate Governance, or a related field, and a recognized corporate governance certification (e.g., CSQS or formerly ICSA).
  • Experience: Extensive experience (at least 5 years) in corporate governance, corporate legal compliance, and legal entity management within a multinational or global organization.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence senior leadership. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a commercial mindset when managing legal partners.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • A master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience with the Employer of Record (EOR) model.
  • Multilingual capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the entity governance framework across European jurisdictions, ensuring the efficient formation, maintenance, and dissolution of legal entities.
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert and key point of contact for corporate governance and legal entity compliance, proactively monitoring legislative changes across diverse legal systems.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues, offering proactive solutions to senior leadership.
  • Drive a culture of accountability and integrity, mentoring junior team members and embedding governance standards aligned with best practices.
  • Own all EOR licensing and regulatory compliance activities for the European region, including new license applications, renewals, and ongoing compliance reporting.
  • Lead legal partner engagement across Europe, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value.
