Description

Manages professional employees in EOL (End-of-Line) unit process development team. Masters / Bachelor Degree in Engineering and Physical Science. Minimum 9 years of working experience in backend semiconductor industry with Min 3 years relevant management experience. Knowledge in Semiconductor Assembly processes. Independent with good communication, leadership and coordination skills. Coaching and problem-solving skills (8D Methodology, etc). We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
