POSITION PURPOSE
The Senior Manager, Executive Communications & Engagement, is a member of the Communications Department at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA). This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Executive Office & Communications and is responsible for developing and effectively managing internal and external messaging and communication strategies for the CEO.
The Manager, Executive Communications & Engagement will develop, execute and update executive engagement plans to include employee engagement, thought leadership and external opportunities. They will also partner with subject matter experts to develop narratives and key messages, collaborate with peers to create and execute program milestone communications plans and support other projects as needed.
Location: 100% Remote (Continental United States), Candidates located in the East Coast Time Zone (EST) Preferred
FLSA Status: Full Time, Exempt
Travel: 20%
