JOB TITLE Senior Manager External Communications - Press Office | Holding | Corporate Communications ROLE SUMMARY The Senior Manager External Communications – Press Office plays a key role in managing MAF’s media engagement activities, developing clear and consistent messaging aligned with MAF’s strategy, and supporting senior stakeholders to deliver compelling narratives that reinforce our brand, values, and business priorities. ROLE PROFILE Responsible for positioning, promoting, and protecting the brand and reputation of MAF within the scope of the role. Partner and align with the wider Corporate Communications team to co-develop and deliver comprehensive engagement activities to achieve organisational and business reputation goals. Build relationships across the functions to ensure an integrated strategy that drives the Company’s ambitions and furthers MAFs strategic goals. Provides counsel and guidance to stakeholders to ensure all relevant communications engagements are in line with MAFs corporate communications strategy, objectives, policies, and guidelines. Contribute to rapid response teams as needed and where necessary to effectively manage reputational challenges, market events or other crisis communications issues. Maintain a good understanding of industry, best practice and new technological opportunities that can add business value to enhance our overall employee experience at MAF Ensure all communications adhere to company policies, brand guidelines, and applicable content standards. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Media and Communications or relevant field is a must. A highly articulate individual with excellent written communications and confident presentation skills are essential. Previous IC in-house or agency roles with a minimum of 10 years’ experience. Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including the ability to present concepts verbally. Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to colleague engagement and team management
