Sydney based role Hybrid opportunity - three days in office Full time role 12 month assignment (parental leave) What’s the role? This role is part of the Finance Services team. Working with a group of professionals this role is accountable for being a trusted adviser to the Customer & Corporate Services division, providing financial advice, planning, forecasting and solutions to assist the business achieve its strategy and business priorities. The Customer & Corporate Services Division brings together the functions within the organisation that support Customer Divisions and contains customer facing and corporate/enterprise services. These include the Group Customer Operations, Customer Solutions, Property, Procurement & Protective Services business unit, Corporate Affairs, Sustainability, HR & Finance Services. You will support the Head of Finance to provide business partnering, financial support, advice, and solutions to the Group Operations business unit. What do I need? 8+ years experience in financial management and the financial services industry Professional accounting qualification completed - ACA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent. Ability to effectively influence, negotiate and manage expectations at a senior management level Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining productive relationships Strong commercial acumen Solid working knowledge of Westpac core policies and guidelines Experience supporting large and diverse cost base Why join us?
