THE OPPORTUNITY

Delaware North Australia is seeking an accomplished Senior Manager – Finance & Business Support to join the executive leadership team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort (MBCR) in Darwin. Reporting to the Director, Commercial Finance (Australia & New Zealand), you’ll lead all financial, accounting, and commercial operations on-site. This is a rare opportunity to combine lifestyle and leadership in one of Australia’s most iconic beachfront locations.
As a key member of the MBCR executive team, you’ll work in close partnership with the General Manager to ensure operational excellence and financial accountability across the business. You’ll oversee the Finance and Accounting function, leading a team of qualified professionals whose insights and commercial acumen will underpin accurate reporting and strategic alignment with Delaware North’s vision for MBCR.
This role is pivotal in driving enhanced commercial decision-making through strong leadership, data-led performance insights, robust financial controls, and full compliance with legislative and corporate standards.
