Overview This role will support the Brand & Innovation agenda for the PepNA Foods portfolio, with a primary focus on AFH (Away From Home) innovation and Functional Foods portfolio. The position requires strong business partnering, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage end to end financial processes that enable strategic decision making. Responsibilities AFH & Culinary Innovation Finance Support Participate in task force meetings (or review recordings) to stay current on project status and milestones. Partner cross functionally to provide financial guidance and ensure alignment with project needs. Build and maintain preliminary P&Ls; update assumptions, costing, and financials across ILT stage gates. Conduct scenario analyses to support business case development and decision making. Update Innovation forecasts for AFH initiatives. Support AOP by uploading AFH innovation projects. Review and approve AFH related BPs in Cornerstone. Handle ad hoc financial analyses or requests from the AFH Innovation team. Brand Finance Support – Functional Foods (Simply, Sunchips, Baked) Periodic performance tracking for Sunchips. Support AOP innovation uploads Deliver ad hoc business analyses for brand teams as required. Portfolio Reporting & Insights (Scan Data – Circana) Prepare and maintain recurring portfolio analytics, including: Market share reporting Price gap analysis Brand performance tracker Strategic & Ad Hoc Projects Lead or support analytics and financial modeling for strategic initiatives across the Functional Foods portfolio. Qualifications 9–11 years of relevant experience. CA or MBA (Finance) preferred. Experience in Foods business or FMCG preferred.
