Job Title Senior Manager � Finance & IR Department / Division Finance & IR External Interface (Enlist external agencies/authorities that you are required to deal with while discharging your duty) Auditors Statutory/ Regulatory agencies Investors/ Lenders Banks/ Financial Institutions Vendors/Service Providers Consultants Property Valuers Lawyers Rating Agencies Minimum Qualification (i.e education, training etc.) Charted Accountant/ MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute with Banking / Fund Raising Exposure Minimum Experience Around 6-8 years of industry experience in the finance function in similar role Special Skills/Attributes (required for performing the job effectively) Knowledge of Regulatory Framework Statutory/ Regulatory Compliance Management Knowledge of Financial Analysis & Control Frameworks and techniques Knowledge of Financial Analysis Basic Knowledge of RBI regulations Basic Knowledge of Business Modeling Basic knowledge of legal and project management Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job Responsible for smooth fund flow management, project coordination including budgeting and monitoring ensuring commercial feasibility, coordination with projects and finance ensuring timely completion of project, sound financial management as per company requirement. Key Responsibilities (List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives) Provide strategic analysis and advice to the reporting manager on various financial processes for respective projects. Keep up-to-date with and analyze latest financial laws and its impact on the operations and provide inputs to Senior Management Responsible for handling of cash flow for respective projects/ SPVs by applying best treasury management practices Monitor cash flow situation for respective project/ SPV on a day to day basis so as to ensure least outflow on account of interest in each entity Prepare business models & do financial analysis for raising debt for the project. Coordinate with Investors Relation team for updating the Business Model Monitor the budget spending of each Cost head for respective project on a regular basis by analyzing the planned Vs. actual spend, Sales & Collections status v/s the projections, project progress against the budget through regular tracking Responsible for analyzing the reason in case of fund requirement/ indent by any department in excess of the approved budget Develop & maintain relationship with banks / financial institutions / / regulatory authorities, investors (current / prospective), etc. Maintaining proper documentation, MIS, reporting of all investment transactions (from Management�s perspective Support appropriate internal and external teams in regular audit of capital expenditure incurred by respective Project Ensure all overhead costs for respective projects e.g. site related costs (preliminary development expenses, cost of spares, site administration expenses, property tax, etc.) as well as common costs
