Our GFL team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Senior Manager – Finance Transformation to join our North American team. You will be supporting the overall development of the enterprise transformation strategy with a focus on the successful implementation and delivery of Finance-focused initiatives.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on transformation, process improvement, or project management.
• Proven track record of leading successful finance transformation initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of finance technologies and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in change management methodologies is a plus.
