•    Lead strategic Finance transformation initiatives and programs.

•    Drive process improvement, automation and simplification opportunities.

•    Develop and track business cases, benefits and value realisation.

•    Partner with Finance, Technology and business leaders to deliver outcomes.

•    Support governance, decision-making and transformation reporting.

•    Champion change adoption and continuous improvement across Finance.

About You

You're a commercially savvy transformation leader who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering sustainable change. You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, a continuous improvement mindset and a track record of leading business transformation in fast-paced environments.

•    Significant experience in Finance, transformation or business improvement roles.

•    Proven success delivering large-scale transformation programs.

•    Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving capability.

•    Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.

•    Relevant tertiary qualifications; CA/CPA or project delivery credentials are highly regarded.
