What You'll Do • Lead cross-functional teams in solving clients’ most pressing challenges across financial industries (bank, payment, investment banking, fintechs, neobank, etc...) • Synthesize insights and steer the team's analytical efforts to create impactful innovative client solutions, leveraging BCG’s proprietary frameworks, digital tools, and methodologies • Engage and cultivate trust with high-level clients, shaping and delivering compelling data-driven narratives and vision-setting. • Balance hands-on guidance with empowering team autonomy by orchestrating end-to-end program delivery, ensuring quality, and managing scope and timelines • Champion professional growth within your team, fostering an inclusive culture of mentorship, continuous learning, and feedback. • Actively contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing and capability building. • Domestic and/or international travel expected What You'll Bring • 7 to 12 years of combined consulting and/or industry experience (more particularly in investment banking), with proven expertise in leading high-impact, complex engagements • Demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership to provide proficiency in prioritizing and balancing multiple project demands • Excellent analytical, and strategic thinking abilities to develop transformative solutions • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage and align cross functional teams • Adept at relationship building and client management across various levels. • Commitment to inclusivity, developing others and creating an environment of mutual trust and respect Additional info Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
