The role This position offers the opportunity to drive financial decision making within Booking.com at a corporate level. You will provide strong financial and analytical support to senior stakeholders across the organization, bridging data-driven insights with strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in connecting financial performance with business drivers across a wide array of topics. You will support and lead the planning and forecasting cycles for both financial and operational business metrics, including revenues, expenses, and key performance indicators. This also includes non-financial and driver-based metrics that underpin business performance. In addition, you will oversee reporting versus budget and forecast, and deliver ad-hoc analyses to support evolving business needs. As Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A, you will own the consolidated financial planning, forecasting, and performance management agenda across the company. Reporting to senior FP&A leadership, you will provide robust financial guidance to executive stakeholders, enabling strategic decision-making, investment planning, and target setting. You will lead a team responsible for corporate-wide forecasting, performance reviews, trend identification, and scenario modeling. You will play a key role in business steering for leadership teams and executive forums, while continuously improving forecasting accuracy, consistency, and scalability across the organization. This role is also critical in ensuring alignment between corporate FP&A and commercial FP&A teams, providing timely and relevant insights to support company-level planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives. Key Job Responsibilities and Duties Lead the corporate forecasting process, ensuring high-quality expectations for financial performance through robust analytics and driver-based modeling Own the consolidation of financial plans and forecasts across business units, ensuring alignment and consistency across the organization Ensure forecasts are accurately reflected in FP&A systems, and provide clear variance analysis and narratives explaining performance trends Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of corporate FP&A processes (P&L and key KPIs) Provide in-depth performance analysis, trend identification, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making Consolidate insights for senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable recommendations Drive alignment on financial targets, methodologies, and performance metrics across teams and regions Support analytical deep-dives on growth drivers, cost optimization, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives Actively contribute to the transformation of FP&A tools and practices, promoting automation, standardization, and best-in-class analytics Act as a key FP&A partner to senior stakeholders, driving performance steering and financial discipline across the organization Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred) 8–12+ years of experience in FP&A and/or corporate finance roles Strong understanding of financial processes within a complex, international organization Proven track record of delivering high-impact analysis and business recommendations to senior leadership Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear insights Experience with financial systems and tools (e.g., G suite, SQL, BI platforms, ERP systems) Passion for process improvement and driving innovation within FP&A Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic and operational priorities Booking.com’s Total Rewards Philosophy is not only about compensation but also about benefits.
