Overview The Commercial Finance Analyst partners with cross-functional teams to drive core commercial operations. You will own end-to-end financial stewardship—from annual planning and forecasting to campaign ROI analysis and ensure disciplined trade spend management. The ideal candidate will be self‑driven, with exceptional analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to independently manage end‑to‑end responsibilities with confidence and precision. Responsibilities Core Commercial Finance Lead commercial finance to guarantee FOBO business closing/planning activities are performed on a timely and accurate manner. Lead the development of A&M and STB Annual Operating Plan and forecast. Oversee A&M budget planning, allocation, and monthly/quarterly variance analysis Partner with Marketing to evaluate ROI on campaigns and optimize spend efficiency Maintain compliance with PepsiCo’s policies on marketing investments and claims Ensure accurate support to bottler (STB) reporting for all marketplace investments, including trade promotions, Pricing, Co-ops. Drive accuracy and timeliness in claims submission, reconciliation, and reimbursement processes Drive financials of Innovation: Financial assessment/Scenario building/proposal for new product launches including Stage Gate information Develop BDA (Business Development Agreement)/EBA (Exclusive business agreement) /COOP (Co-operative agreements) Amendments /CSA (Concentrate supply agreements) Unilateral / Adhoc agreements. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to commercial finance manager Qualifications Education: CA / MBA in Finance from a good institute. Experience: 10+ years in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or related roles, preferably in FMCG. Proven track record in business partnering with cross functional stake holders Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, TM1, Tableau and advanced Excel preferred.
