In this position, you will oversee financial reporting, management reporting, and regulatory reporting processes while driving accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. You will play a key role in enabling value creation through continuous improvement initiatives and lead a team to deliver service excellence aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements * Oversee financial statement preparation, disclosures, and multi-entity consolidation processes * Drive management reporting, including variance analysis, dashboards, and insights for senior leadership * Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and coordinate with external auditors * Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks (including SOX compliance where applicable) * Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting efficiencies * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (I2P, O2C, Treasury, Audit, etc.) to ensure data accuracy and alignment * Act as an escalation point for critical reporting issues and ensure timely resolution * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5–7 professionals, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture * Support strategic initiatives and transformation projects within the Finance shared services function   About You: The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CA / CPA / ACCA preferred * 7+ years of experience in financial reporting, general ledger, and financial close processes * Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, financial controls, and governance frameworks * Experience in finance shared services and exposure to multi-entity environments * Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle Fusion, or Workday * Familiarity with tools such as BlackLine, ARCS, RPA, or AI-driven analytics is an advantage * Experience in the Middle East region is preferred     About the Benefits: At Dubai Holding, we are committed to nurturing the success and well-being of our colleagues.
