Our Singapore office is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking a Senior Manager to lead transformative projects in the Financial Services industry. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced consulting manager with a strong track record of delivery and credibility, who is eager to build and grow a part of the financial services consulting business, with the ambition to pursue the partnership track. Key Responsibilities Consulting Leadership Lead and execute strategic consulting engagements for clients in the banking and insurance sectors, delivering high-quality solutions that address complex business challenges. Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, planning, execution, and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines. Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team. Business Development Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the financial services industry. Develop and present compelling proposals, leveraging Sia Partners' methodologies and expertise to win new business. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning Sia Partners as a strategic partner in clients' transformation journeys. Thought Leadership Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients. Contribute to Sia Partners' knowledge base by developing thought leadership content, including white papers, case studies, and articles. Represent Sia Partners at industry events and forums, enhancing the firm's visibility and reputation in the market. Qualifications Big 4 Consulting Experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in a top consulting firm (e.g., Big 4 or equivalent), with a proven track record in delivering strategic projects in the financial services industry. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong desire to build and grow a part of the business, with a focus on entrepreneurial leadership, identifying new opportunities, and expanding market share. Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Singapore financial services market, including the regulatory landscape, industry trends, and key players in Wealth & Asset Management, Asset Servicing, and Corporate & Investment Banking. Proven Track Record in Project Delivery: Demonstrated success in leading complex consulting projects from inception to delivery, with strong project management and client-facing skills. Proven Track Record in Client Acquisition: Ability to prospect, acquire, and build relationships with key clients, driving business growth through effective networking, proposal writing, and relationship management.
