ABOUT THE ROLE

Over the past few years, our department has undergone an exciting journey of growth and development. We have expanded our capacity, strengthened our competencies, and taken on increasingly complex and strategically important projects.
To ensure we continue working as a unified team and deliver high-quality results across all our projects, we are now looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Manager to lead our Procurement & Contract Management (PCM) team - an essential part of our project execution model and Project Controls function.
In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering collaboration across a diverse team of 12 direct reports -including two Managers and Project LEADs within procurement and contract management and contributing to a wider PCM organization of 60 colleagues across Denmark and India. Together, we support large-scale EPCI projects, managing everything from minor service orders to multimillion-kroner contracts.
At NNE, our people are our greatest resource — and we invest in their development and well-being. You’re driven by creating a culture where people thrive, and you understand that high performance is built on trust, engagement, and shared purpose.
You’ll report to the Director of Project Controls and play a key role in developing team capabilities, ensuring efficient project execution, and upholding a high professional standard across all deliverables. This is a great opportunity to lead in a dynamic matrix organization were innovation and teamwork drive success.

In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role.

  • A relevant academic degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field
  • Proven leadership experience, ideally in a project-driven or matrix organization
  • Min. 10 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or project controls, preferably within EPCI or large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluency in Englis
