Job Description: Excellent benefits including salary packaging Full time Parental Leave position until December, 2026 Senior Leadership opportunity About the Role The Senior Manager, Foundation Services is a leadership position within St Vincent’s Foundation, responsible for strengthening fundraising operations and ensuring the effective use of data and financial systems to drive philanthropic growth. The role provides oversight of the Foundation’s database, serves as the primary liaison with Finance, and ensures operational excellence across the full donor cycle. Reporting to the Executive Director, Foundation, and managing one direct report (Database Analyst), the Senior Manager delivers strategic insights and recommendations to support cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities. The position also ensures compliance with policies and regulations, and oversees all financial disbursements and reconciliation processes. Key responsibilities of the role: Manage end-to-end gift processing and implementation, ensuring funds are receipted, recorded, and disbursed in line with donor intent and compliance requirements Provide data analysis and research to inform fundraising strategies, pipeline development, and portfolio management Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of fundraising activity, performance, and KPI reports for leadership and Board reporting Lead financial forecasting, budget management, and reporting in collaboration with Finance Support donor cultivation and stewardship through data insights, network mapping, and cross-team collaboration Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and reporting to enhance donor experience and fundraising effectiveness Your Contribution Relevant Tertiary qualification and/or extensive relevant experience Highly motivated and pro-active with 5+ years of experience and a proven track record in fundraising operations management within a major organisation Demonstrate strong financial management skills, including an ability to continuously improve financial management processes, such as disbursements and reconciliations Intimate knowledge of data privacy and security laws and relevant legislation Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate respectfully and sensitively with a broad range of stakeholders Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain What we Offer A focus on wellbeing initiatives, with regular events and programs Confidential, solutions-focused employee counselling Ability to join Fitness Passport - Your pass to an extensive choice of fitness facilities Salary Packaging – Increase your take home pay!
