QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance (MBA or Master’s in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Management preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Accounting.
  • Proven experience in commercial steering structures and team leadership.
  • Background in capital market-oriented or Private Equity-owned companies (public company experience is a plus).
  • Strong operational experience working with international teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Language skills: Professional fluency in English required. German and/or Ukrainian/Russian are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall planning and budgeting process, translating key operational metrics into accurate Revenue and Gross Profit forecasts.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive revenue and gross profit forecasting, playing a critical role in data-driven decision-making that fuels commercial success.
  • Collaborate closely with Data, Revenue, and Category Management teams to analyze business drivers, identify opportunities and risks, and enhance unit economics.
  • Dive deep into data, delivering insightful monthly operational metric analyses and refining forecasts to improve business performance.
  • Work with a dynamic, international, and cross-functional team, contributing to strategic initiatives that shape the company’s growth.
