JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a FP&A Senior Manager to lead our FP&A team. In this role you will be supporting the company’s growth and profitability by overseeing our forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, while also contributing to key strategic initiatives. You will analyze financial and operational data to drive insights and reporting for internal and external stakeholders. This role will be highly impactful with opportunities to work directly with senior leadership and expand responsibilities as the company grows.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the company
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to help drive operational outcomes
  • Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives
  • Assist in producing and delivering monthly/quarterly reporting for senior leadership and the board of directors, including quarterly board materials
  • Support the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives, including fundraising and growth opportunities
  • Help identify and execute process and systems improvements to support company growth
  • Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure alignment between actuals and forecasts
