  Your future team Our Fund Reporting team serves well-known management companies and fund administrators with whom we have built a strong relationship over the two last decades. Our team produces the annual and interim financial statements for various type of funds in various international accounting standards. We also assist our clients in the coordination of their operations as well as on the implementation of recent regulatory changes in the industry.    What you will do   As a future Manager, you will play a key leadership role within our organization. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a team of 5+ members and fostering collaboration and growth within the team. Coordinating the funds reporting process with internal stakeholders and external parties. Acting as a liaison with auditors to ensure effective communication and ongoing collaboration. Preparing and monitoring KPIs, as well as organizing debriefing meetings with clients. Reviewing the quality and compliance of funds' financial statements to meet regulatory standards. Developing expertise in compilation tools and processes while contributing to their continuous improvement. Who you are   An enthusiastic leader with a proven track record in team management. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. A degree in business administration, accounting, or finance. At least 5 years of experience in regulated fund audit, fund reporting, fund accounting, and/or fund operations. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerQuery (familiarity with fund accounting/reporting software is considered a plus). Business fluency in English.
