Senior Manager, Gaming Risk & Compliance | Perth - Full Time Crown Perth is seeking a senior, strategic leader to join our Gaming team as Senior Manager, Gaming Risk & Compliance, leading gaming operations' Line 1 accountabilities across risk, regulatory compliance and governance. In this key leadership role, you will: Lead line 1 oversight of Crown's risk and compliance framework across Gaming, operating within a highly regulated environment Partner with regulators and senior stakeholders to support effective regulatory engagement Oversee regulatory submissions, incident management, assurance and remediation activities Drive a strong, sustainable risk and compliance culture across Gaming operations Provide executive‑level risk insights, reporting and governance support Lead and develop a high‑performing team, with expertise across risk and compliance for Gaming We’re looking for an experienced leader with strong background in casino operations, gaming regulation, risk or compliance, deep knowledge of WA gaming legislation, and proven regulator engagement capability.
