As Senior Manager Global Retail Performance & Growth, you will shape and drive key strategic initiatives to achieve profitable growth across our owned Stores, Shop-in-Shops, and Outlets. Your mission is to turn insights into impact – achieving like-for-like performance excellence, shaping go-to-market strategies, and enabling future-oriented retail experiences and innovation.
You will lead projects that span core performance enhancement, strategic business development, and new growth fields – working closely with key markets and global Omnichannel, Retail, Marketing, and Controlling functions. In this role, you act as a thought partner to senior leaders and contribute directly to the top- and bottom-line development of our global retail business.
