Description
Responsible for incubating disruptive ideas and scaling them across the network to drive business objectives. Architect and continuously evolve a future-forward, best-in-class agency ecosystem that is built to deliver strategic impact, business objectives, effectiveness and efficiency. Manage the Agency Global Scope of Work process annually across all global business units. Manage Global Media Rebate program including all governance and application of rules within our agency contracts. Manage agency financials database (agency profit and loss statements from every region, every country globally) to conduct internal benchmarking and scenario planning for negotiations. Participate in industry conferences, networking and associations to ensure continuous benchmarking of best practices. Established and active employee resource groups Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in a similar or related role. Bachelor's degree or higher with experience in a relevant field. Experience leading teams, managing agency relationships and working with teams across multiple regions. Experience in working with marketing communications agencies, with knowledge of best practices, innovation and optimization. Ability to drive transformational change and use creativity to solve challenges. Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels across various regional cultures. Must be able to manage competing high priority and high visibility projects simultaneously. Comfortable with ambiguity, complexity and creative problem solving. Cross functional team player with experience working across multiple business units to collaborate with, influence and align stakeholders. Excellent written and oral communications, organizational and interpersonal skills.
