Job Description This is a global, commercially driven role with a strong focus on translating consumer insights into client-ready stories, recommendations, and business impact. The role is primarily commercial, with a supporting analytical component , and requires hands-on experience in consumer analytics. RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the manager to develop standard protocols, questionnaires and presentations. Coordinate with automation and visualization teams to automate presentations. Coordinate with data processing teams to setup and maintain global database of projects. Help in generating case studies, learning presentations for PR. Guide different global teams on questionnaire development. Monitor standardization compliance. Tackle exceptions Modify/keep questionnaire templates in line with market requirements by periodic information reviews Ensure proper data updating in global repository – any modification of information fields required Help different client servicing teams across the globe on interpretations of standard outputs. Knowledge and Skills Requirements Strong domain knowledge on consumer segmentation studies. Should have worked on segmentation studies across multiple sectors. Independently developed questionnaires and worked on presentation for segmentation studies Very good with PowerPoint, data visualization and excel skills. Should be able to translate thoughts effectively in a simple and structured manner to a larger audience Good coordination and people management skills Should have experience in leading a team. Qualifications Post-Graduation in Management/ Business Analytics/Statistics. 4 to 5 years of specialized experience in market research. It could be either in a market research organization or business consultancy. Exposure on analytics would be seen as a plus. Exposure to analytics is an advantage, but commercial insight generation and communication are core to the role.
