Your responsibilities will include: Ensure alignment with corporate disclosures and global regulatory requirements Develop awareness resources and FAQs to integrate ESG into commercial conversations Ensure data is integrated into dashboards and enterprise performance reviews Collaborate with Corporate Responsibility Communications and Marketing to create compelling, customer-facing ESG narratives Develop materials and case studies grounded in verified data and aligned with brand standards Act as the enterprise connector across ESG, Product Stewardship, R&D, Operations, and regional commercial teams Enable consistent data translation and message alignment across business functions Create systems for sharing validated ESG evidence across both tender and disclosure channels Market and regulatory intelligence Monitor global ESG procurement frameworks, scoring systems, and competitor positioning Provide insights to guide commercial strategy, product differentiation, and regional preparedness Bachelor's degree in business, sustainability, public health, or a related field Minimum of 10 years' experience in sustainability, ESG, healthcare procurement, or commercial roles Proven ability to translate ESG initiatives into commercially relevant messaging Strong understanding of ESG business value drivers (e.g., revenue growth, cost efficiency, risk mitigation, procurement advantage) Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and influence across global teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing customer-facing ESG content Knowledge of ESG regulatory frameworks and healthcare procurement standards (e.g., CSRD, NHS Net Zero, French BEGES, California climate regulations) Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., MBA, MPH, MS in Sustainability or Environmental Management) Experience in a global commercial or strategic marketing role within medtech or healthcare sectors Familiarity with ESG scoring methodologies and sustainability reporting standards Requisition ID: 617908 Minimum Salary: $127900 Maximum Salary: $243000 Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
