Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Sr. Manager serves as a key member of the Global Profit Optimization (GPO) group under the CEO office, focusing on in-depth analysis of Global Total Delivery Cost (TdC) by vehicle. They will collaborate with eight global regional plants and seven domestic (Korean) plants to improve cost analysis, achieve regional cost savings targets, and optimize operations. This role also develops, tests, and implements new ideas and concepts for global and regional adoption.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or supply chain management or related academic background.
  • Master’s degree or MBA in related area preferred.
  • Eight or more years of progressively responsible costing/finance experience.
  • Experience with OEM productivity analysis is preferred.
  • Strong data management and statistical analysis/reporting.
  • Experience utilizing Tableau/BI tools.
  • Power BI, SQL, Python, AI skills
  • Project Management Certification is preferred.
