• Lead the development of the overall quality strategy for management of change, defining KPIs and performance improvement targets
• Build global quality excellence in innovation and renovation projects, including upskilling and transferring of quality best practices/lessons learned related to management of change
• Lead product design for quality for Global and European projects, including technical transfers.
• Quality stakeholder for Global and European innovations, ensuring quality alignment between innovation teams, operations and senior management
• Create and develop high-performance teams, able to define, lead and embed the quality requirements into the innovation process
• Drive initiatives to improve Quality Culture amongst innovation teams and key innovation stakeholders globally
