The successful candidate should have a proven track record in driving exceptional Safety performance, continuous improvement, and Company Standards compliance within manufacturing and/or distribution organization. Responsibilities

10+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN ORGANIZATIONAL SAFETY ROLES WITHIN THE SUPPLY CHAIN, INCLUDING 5+ YEARS IN REGIONAL/GLOBAL POSITIONS.

  • Proven expertise in workplace safety and driving safety performance improvement. Proven track record in building a safety programs/initiatives development & creation of short/long term plans for implementation.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional language skills are desired
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a proven track record of collaborating across diverse teams and organizational levels.
  • Imports and Exports Good Ideas: Relentlessly seeks, shares and adopts ideas and best practices in and outside the Company.
  • Experience with Safety 4.0 technologies and adapting frameworks for varying organizational maturity levels.
  • Exceptional project management, analytical, and communication skills.

What You’ll Do for Us:

  • Partner with Operations Units and bottlers to execute key safety programs across the Coca-Cola System, from manufacturing to distribution and marketplace.
  • Serve as a key thought leader in the Global Safety Council (GSC), driving execution of focus areas and ensuring alignment with TCCS global safety strategy and safety performance metrics.
  • Leverage the Global Safety network to share successful practices, insights, and knowledge sharing, while enhancing safety technology initiatives, including metrics for leading and lagging indicators.
  • Advance understanding of Human and Organizational Performance (HOP), ensuring readiness for implementation through capability building and organizational assessments in this aspect.
  • Develop and oversee execution plans for critical safety processes including but not limited to machinery safety, hazardous energy control, contractor management, Life-Saving Rules, and other programs as per needs of global network.
  • Support developing KORE safety requirements, guidance, and global governance frameworks. Identify existing and emerging needs and collaborate with governance teams to adapt requirements as necessary.
  • Work closely with global safety auditors to enhance audit effectiveness and apply operational learnings.
  • Lead efforts to understand Serious Incident and Fatality (SIF) risks, sharing lessons learned across the system.
  • Monitor global and regional (where needed) safety trends, provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise on root cause analysis, and safety incident resolution.
  • Drive safety technology transformation, co-developing the Safety 4.0 framework. Co-leads the global GSC/QSE safety technology pillar, safety pitching events, introducing Safety innovations, and making sure the pilots are run effectively, and outcomes/learnings are shared with the system
